If you've tried diet after diet and failed then maybe its time you tried something else. Its been said that the real definition of insanity is to keep doing the same thing - expecting a different result. This is sums up what I see with dieters every day. They keep dieting and dieting and then when they don't lose weight they don't know what is wrong with them.
